When we are grieving, sometimes it’s hard to know what to say to others.  People ask, “How are you really doing?” They genuinely care. But sometimes we just aren’t in the mood and don’t feel like talking about how we really feel. So how can we be emotionally honest and talk with others in ways that promote healing? If you want to move forward in your recovery after a loss, here are some simple tips on how to deal with this struggle.
