Hi friend. I’m so glad you found your way here, to our compassionate safe space. I hope you’ll linger awhile and find something of value to take away. Above all, I hope you’ll reach out and connect.
For the past three decades, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a professional counselor to moms, dads, and families that have suffered the devastating loss of their babies, children, and loved ones.
After years of working with these beautiful people, I can honestly say that a great deal of grief recovery happens as people steadily use the healing action steps offered, in between their appointments.
It is absolutely possible for your shattered heart to heal . . . when you have a strategic plan, a clear place to begin, and you’re intentional about taking small consistent action steps.
I’m all about equipping you with resources and skills to successfully deal with your loss, so that you can experience greater peace and meaning. I want you to see you emerge from grief, empowered with greater strength, an increased capacity to love, tools to help bereaved family and friends, and a renewed determination to pursue your purpose.
You can hang your hat on this: How you deal with your loss matters. It makes or breaks your quality of health and relationships. I’d love to show you practical ways to process your loss that ignite hope and healing.
My daughter, Jessie V. Schultz, (the radiant lady on the right) is a leadership coach and trainer. We enjoy working together to help women who have suffered the loss of their baby or child.
Grief is not an easy topic, nor one we would have hand-picked for ourselves. But we’re passionate about our calling because we’re confident you can experience healing and unstoppable growth with God’s grace, safe friends, and wise guidance.
Jessie and I are both well acquainted with dark nights of the soul.
My first baby, David, passed away in the womb, half-way to term. Then my youngest son, Nathan, died when he was sixteen-years-old after being hit by a car on a freeway.
Jessie and her fiancé, Chris, were with Nathan the night of his accident. Working through the horrific pain around Nathan’s passing was an enormous assignment for this young college couple, and for the rest of us.
And more recently we walked the healing path again after Jessie and Chris lost their two babies, Chloe and Judah.
God’s timeless wisdom and brain science research are in complete agreement. You are not designed to mend your broken heart alone.
As long as I’ve been a therapist, I’ve wanted to empower people to work through grief and rise-up strong from the ashes of loss. It’s my passion because I know what happens when you ignore, block, and bury your grief.
It’s impossible to calculate the high cost of buried unresolved grief.
When healing is delayed, years of love, laughter, and abundant life is wasted in unnecessary suffering. Clinical research clearly shows that unresolved grief carried forward, harms your health and the people you love.
It drains your passion, motivation, creativity, mental clarity, and desire to fulfill your purpose and calling.
The good works you were created to accomplish get sidelined.
Sadly, many people struggle for years with unresolved grief. And it’s typically not their fault. No one showed them effective ways to deal with their grief or what to do with their conflicting emotions. The majority were told to be brave, keep busy, and just move on.
I spent a year researching how I might reach more people with the practical tools I offer in the counseling office that promote emotional well-being and positive long-lasting change. The result?
A convenient, at home experiential learning program to use at your own comfortable pace. It’s all online and can be accessed from any device with internet capability.
The Healing Action Steps in this training require just 20 minutes per day – but the benefits will last you a lifetime.
It’s a lot like learning to ride a bicycle. Once you learn how to ride your first two-wheeler, then you have the experience you need to ride bikes for the rest of your life.

I’m confident that Pam’s training will guide you on a healing journey beyond simply surviving your grief, to actually thriving after the unthinkable, often unbearable experience of losing a child. Along with my miscarriage, I also lost 2 adult children. Having experienced Pam’s training first hand, I have complete trust that Pam and her daughter, Jessie, will guide you to a place that you truly want to be.”
